S.B.0573: Requires producers to submit and implement a producer responsibility plan. Prohibits the sale or distribution of any packaging that includes ortho-phthalates, bisphenols, PFAS, styrene, lead and lead compounds, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, perchlorate, benzophenone, formaldehyde, halogenated flame retardants, toluene, and other chemicals of high concern.
